Return / Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Unused, unwashed, unworn
- Original packaging
- All tags and labels intact
- No stains, marks, damage, or alterations
Non-Returnable Items
Innerwear/socks (hygiene), gift cards, and items marked Final Sale are not eligible unless received damaged/incorrect.
How to Request
Share your order number, product details, reason for return/exchange, and photos (mandatory for damaged/incorrect items).
Refunds
Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. COD refunds are processed via UPI/Bank transfer or store credit.
