Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed only after the item is received and passes quality check as per our return eligibility.
Refund Method
- Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method.
- COD orders: Refunded via UPI/Bank transfer or store credit (as applicable).
Refund Timeline
After approval, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Bank/payment partner processing times may vary.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item) or where required by law.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if an item is returned in a condition not meeting eligibility (e.g., missing tags/packaging) or as per inspection outcome.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If an order is cancelled, the refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 24 hours.
Failed Delivery / RTO
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, any applicable refund will be processed after the package is received back and verified. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
