Return / Exchange Window
• Size-related issues are eligible for exchange only. We do not provide refunds for size exchanges.
• If a wrong product is delivered due to an error from our side, we will bear all exchange or replacement shipping costs.
• If the product is received in a damaged condition, we will cover the return and replacement shipping charges and arrange a replacement after verification.
• Customers must report any wrong or damaged product within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos as proof.
Eligibility
- Unused, unwashed, unworn
- Original packaging
- All tags and labels intact
- No stains, marks, damage, or alterations
Non-Returnable Items
Innerwear/socks (hygiene), gift cards, and items marked Final Sale are not eligible unless received damaged/incorrect.
How to Request
Share your order number, product details, reason for return/exchange, and photos (mandatory for damaged/incorrect items).
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, shipping charges and a ₹100 handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds are issued via UPI/Bank transfer or as store credit.
