CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand plans change. Please review our cancellation rules below to know what is possible and when.
When can I cancel?
Cancellation requests are accepted only before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation may not be possible.
How to request cancellation
Contact us with your order number via email/WhatsApp/phone. Our team will confirm whether the order is still eligible to cancel.
Refund for cancelled orders
If your prepaid order is cancelled successfully, we initiate a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank processing may vary).
Cancellation of COD orders
COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Repeated COD cancellations/returns may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.
Refusal at delivery
If a shipped order is refused at delivery, it may be treated as an RTO (Return to Origin). Any refund (if applicable) will be processed after we receive the package back, and shipping/RTO charges may be deducted.
Out of stock / Unable to fulfill
If we cannot fulfill an item due to unforeseen reasons, we will cancel and refund the amount paid (if any) as per the standard timeline.
